Like many of our patients you may be finding it difficult to get the right advice at home, especially when trying to care for the health of an entire family. Who has time to run into the doctor everytime you have a health related question?

If you find yourself in need of medical advice, but can't get into see your alternative health practitioner this may be the right option for you.

This service is not intended to take place of regular visits to your heath care professional or chiropractor and is only a resource for your health questions.

Nutri-Q Assessment
Your online health evaluation consists of a comprehensive look at all the systems of your body including immune function, kidney and bladder health, cardiovascular well-being, hormone health, and so much more. Once I receive your information, you will be sent a link to your online questionairre. Upon recieving the results, they will be reviewed and you will soon receive your personalized nutrition plan and supplement recommendations geared to alleviate much of the underlying causes of your dis-ease.
